It is recommended that the clients should be first of all examined by their general practical physician before starting a session of cryotherapy.
The procedure:
After leaving the clyochamber you will feel a pleasant warm-flow through your whole body. All your joints will he easily moved, pain sensibility is certainly reduced. In relation to the number of undertaken procedures, the reduction of pain sensibility can last for hours, even that for a longer time. After a series of sessions in the clyochamber, reduction of pain sensibility can be extended to a number of months. As you know, after all spa-procedures, these can result in a temporary turn to the worse, and that can be the same after a whole-body chill therapy. These troubles disapear after a repeated session in the cryochamber. It is not recommended after an application of a session of cryotherapy, to combinate it with applications of warmth and heat /sauna, parafin, infra-red lamps/. To use these applications it is suitable to use them after a few days. The amount of applications is given by the characteristic of complaints which may follow the chill therapy. At first, it is advisable to applicate these sessions fort-nightly /14 days/ every day. It is advisable to progress the presence in the clyochaaber from two to three minutes, at the same time it is possible to reduce the therapeutic temperature. Results of years of experience suggest that the number of processes of the cryotherapy needed for a lasting effect are in the limit of 12 to 20 sessions ± in one set. It is possible to absolve these series of processec in all probability twice a year. In order to undertake a whole body cryotherapy, we advice to bring with you: Gentlemen - Cotton shorts, thick socks, Tshirt for the gym, towel Ladies - Cotton shorts, T-shirt, thick socks (the best would be an older bathing suit into the clyochamber and a T-shirt for the gym)
